This foundational level establishes the disciplined groundwork for lifelong Ayurvedic study and practice. Over 16 transformative weeks, you'll master Ayurveda's essential principles and daily applications through four comprehensive core modules.
Each module is carefully designed to build upon the previous one, creating a coherent learning journey from theory to embodied practice. You'll study at your own pace while receiving guidance from experienced faculty who live the principles they teach.
Module 1: Foundations of Ayurveda & Constitution
Discover the philosophical roots of Ayurveda, the five elements, and your unique constitutional blueprint. Learn to recognize patterns in yourself and others through the lens of the doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Module 2: Agni, Food Intelligence & Healing with Plants
Master the central concept of digestive fire (agni) and its role in health and disease. Explore food as medicine, develop intuitive eating practices, and learn to work with culinary herbs and spices therapeutically.
Module 3: Lifestyle by Design
Create daily and seasonal routines (dinacharya and ritucharya) aligned with natural cycles. Learn sleep hygiene, exercise principles, and the art of crafting a lifestyle that supports your constitutional needs and life circumstances.
Module 4: Ayurvedic Subtle Body Physiology
Explore the energetic anatomy of prana (life force), the chakras, and the subtle channels (nadis). Understand how breath, meditation, and awareness practices regulate the flow of vital energy throughout your being.
Outcome: Completion of Level 1 certifies you as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Architect™ — grounded in authentic knowledge, structured in practice, and prepared for advanced study. You'll possess the tools to transform your own health and the confidence to guide family and friends.

Our Story: Why This Academy Exists
"I didn't set out to build a school. I set out to build what I couldn't find."
For years, I lived inside the struggle — disease and dis-ease for which each specialist told me the same story: manage your symptoms, make peace with limitation, accept that this is simply your reality now. But deep within, I knew there had to be another way. I refused to believe that my body — this miraculous, intelligent system — was fundamentally broken beyond repair.
I enrolled in formal Ayurvedic education programs, eager to deepen my understanding and gain the credentials to teach. But what I found was disheartening — scattered lessons that jumped from topic to topic, shifting curriculums that changed mid-semester, inconsistent pricing and broken promises of mentorship that left students feeling abandoned.
I watched devoted students losing faith — not because they lacked discipline or heart, but because the path itself was unclear. The teaching was inconsistent. The support was absent. The sacred transmission of this ancient wisdom was being diluted and commodified, stripped of the structure and integrity it deserved.
That became the seed for the Ayurvedic Alchemy Academy — a place where learning is consistent and clearly mapped, where curriculums are grounded in both tradition and pedagogical best practices, and where every promise of support is kept with integrity. A school where students are truly seen, held in community, and guided by teachers who don't just know Ayurveda intellectually, but live it daily in their own bodies and lives.

I became a co‑founder because I saw how much students were struggling in outdated systems that didn’t reflect the living, innovative spirit of Ayurveda.
